The petrol prices rise for seventh straight days. On Tuesday, the petrol prices were hiked by Rs 0.35 to reach an all-time high, however, the diesel rates remained unchanged.
Petrol Price Rise Today: The petrol prices rise for seventh straight days. On Tuesday, the petrol prices were hiked by Rs 0.35 to reach an all-time high, however, the diesel rates remained unchanged.
Now, with the increase in fuel prices, the prices of petrol and diesel is Rs 110.04 per litre and Rs 98.42 per litre, respectively.

In Mumbai, the cost of petrol is Rs 115.85 per litre and diesel costs Rs 106.62 per litre.
The petrol prices had maintained stability since September 5 but oil companies finally raised its pump prices last week and this week given a spurt in the product prices lately.
According to the official website of fuel retailer Indian Oil, prices of petrol and diesel are as follows:
1) Delhi: Petrol - Rs 110.04 per litre, Diesel: Rs 98.42 per litre
2) Mumbai: Petrol - Rs 115.85 per litre, Diesel: Rs 106.62 per litre
3) Kolkata: Petrol - Rs 110.49 per litre, Diesel: Rs 101.56 per litre
4) Chennai: Petrol - Rs 106.66 per litre, Diesel: Rs 102.59 per litre
