Prior to this, the prices were changed on 30 March 2020. DELHI – On Tuesday, Petrol price was at Rs 90.55 up from Rs 90.40 on Monday while Diesel Price was at Rs 80.91 up from 80.73.
MUMBAI - Petrol price was at Rs 96.95 up from 96.83 on Monday while the Diesel Price was at Rs 87.98 up from Rs 87.81.
KOLKATA - Petrol price was at Rs 90.76 up from 90.62 on Monday while the Diesel Price was at Rs 83.78 up from 83.61.
CHENNAI - Petrol price was at Rs 92.55 up from Rs 92.43 while the Diesel Price was at Rs 85.90 up from Rs 85.75.

Petrol, Diesel Price – Expert Anuj Gupta, Vice President (VP), Commodity and Currency Research at IIFL Securities said that the outlook remains strong for crude oil and WTI Crude oil prices may test levels of USD 67 levels while Brent Crude Oil prices may test USD 70. The current prices are USD 64.47 and 67.56 for WTI and Brent respectively, he said.
Moreover, the weakness in Indian Rupee against the USD will also play out making the import bills go up. This may impact the prices of petrol and Diesel, he further said.
