Step 1: First of all, go to the Income Tax Department website. Or click on this link. After this, click on the option of "Instant PAN through Aadhaar" which appears on the left.

Step 2: After this you will get two options which include "Get New PAN" and "Check Status / Download PAN". Click on "Get New PAN" from these, to create a new PAN card.

Step 3: After this enter your Aadhaar number and enter captcha code. Soon an OTP (One-Time-Password) will be received on the mobile number registered with the Aadhaar card. Once the OTP entered, you would be requested to enter the valid email ID and fill in the required information for the PAN card.

Step 4: Immediate after filling the form, you will receive your PAN number in next 10 minutes, which you will be able to download in PDF format. After applying, you will be able to download the PAN card in PDF by clicking on the option of "Check Status / Download PAN" from this website. If you wish to get a hard copy, then Rs 50 as fee needs to be paid.
