Jharkhand Government reduces petrol price by Rs 25 for two-wheeler riders from 26 January

Government of Jharkhand will give a concession of Rs 25 per litre petrol to two-wheeler riders. This will be implemented from 26th January 2022.

The announcement was made by Chief Minister Hemant Soren. He also tweeted about this from the official Twitter handle of the Office of Chief Minister, Jharkhand. 

"पेट्रोल-डीजलके मूल्यमें लगातारइजाफा होरहा है, इससे गरीबऔर मध्यमवर्ग केलोग सबसेअधिक प्रभावितहैं। इसलिएसरकार नेराज्य स्तरसे दुपहियावाहन केलिए पेट्रोलपर प्रतिलीटर ₹25 कीराहत देगी, इसका लाभ 26 जनवरी 2022 से मिलना शुरूहोगा:- श्री @HemantSorenJMM," the tweet said.

The move was taken in the wake of rising petrol and diesel prices. The Chief Minister in his tweet said that the rising pricing of petrol and diesel is hitting the poor, the most. In view of this, the state government will give relief of Rs 25 per litre of petrol for two wheelers. The benefit of this will start from 26 January 2022.
