Through net banking!
1. Login to NetBanking using your customer ID & password on https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com.
2. Click on "Card" tab
3. Select "Request" under Credit or Debit Card, whichever applies
4. Select "Credit Card hotlisting" or "Debit Card hotlisting" whichever applies
How to block prepaid cards via net banking.
1. Click to select the type of card variant you wish to block on https://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/popuppages/Prepaid-card.htm
2. Login into Prepaid Card NetBanking with your user ID and password
3. Select Hotlist Card tab under My request tab
4. Select the card number and confirm
