The customer can check the Account Balance whenever he wants. He can get a Mini Statement of his last 5 transactions. He can put a request for a new cheque book, check cheque status enquiry. He can also block his Debit Card in case of any mishappening.  

The Bank of Baroda customer can also raise the complaint through this 24*7 service. Apply for Customer ID, know registered mail ID, latest interest rate, and charges.  The customer can also locate the nearest Branch / ATM, contact centre details and apply for various banking products, services, and latest offers.
