Click on the below link to start a conversation directly on Bank’s WhatsApp Number- https://wa.me/918433888777?text=Hi 

Step-2: Start Chatting 

Send “HI” on this number using the WhatsApp platform and initiate the conversation 

By starting a conversation, it would mean that you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of WhatsApp Banking. 

Key Features of WhatsApp Banking 

The customer can check the Account Balance whenever he wants. He can get a Mini Statement of his last 5 transactions. He can put a request for a new cheque book, check cheque status enquiry. He can also block his Debit Card in case of any mishappening.  

The Bank of Baroda customer can also raise the complaint through this 24*7 service.
