There are no major festivals in June. This means that for you, all operations across industries, including Banking, will work smoothly without any off days. However, as per the Reserve Bank of India guidelines, banks remain closed on the second and fourth Saturday and all Sundays of each month.

The rule applies to all private and public sector banks in India. Apart from this, states will have their own festivals on which the branches will remain closed.
According to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) website -- rbi.org.in-- banks in some states will be closed to observe some regional holidays. Jammu and Kashmir will observe Guru Hargobind Ji's Birthday while Remna Ni and YMA Day will be celebrated in Mizoram.
