Axis Bank FD rate 2023: Private sector lender, Axis Bank has revised the interest rate of ‘Fixed Deposit Plus’ for deposits of Rs 2 crore and above. The revised FD rates will be applicable from April 10, 2023. Under the ‘Fixed Deposit Plus’ scheme, premature withdrawal is not permitted.

The bank is offering an interest rate ranging from 5.5 per cent to 7.35 per cent for the general public on the amount above Rs 2 crore to Rs 5 crore. For maturity periods ranging from one to two years, the bank offers a maximum interest rate of 7.35 per cent.

Axis Bank offers interest rates ranging from 5.55 per cent to 7.35 per cent on FD amounts ranging from Rs 5 crore to Rs 25 crore and offers 5.55 per cent to 7.45 per cent on deposits of Rs 25 crore to Rs 100 crore and higher.

If an investor invests Rs 1 lakh in the FD plus deposit for a tenure of 2 years at the interest rate of 7.35 per cent, they can get Rs 1,15,681 on maturity, with an aggregate return of Rs 15,681.
