In one of its recent tweets, Digital India said that the customers can avail the 'Cash on Delivery' option with CSC Grameen e-Store. An interested customer must know that a CSC Grameen e-Store is a retail outlet in an area which also is online store which has a mobile app available for customers to order products online. It is set up by a VLE.
