However, if you do not want to receive any information about the services through SMS and phone calls, you can subscribe to the ‘Do Not Disturb’ service offered by SBI Card.

Step 2: Fill in the details asked like your name, email, mobile number, etc.
Step 3: After entering the mobile number click on the 'Verify Mobile Number' option.
Step 4: Enter the code in the box provided which you received on the mobile number you provided.
Step 5: Select the option you want to unsubscribe (Email, Mobile or both).
Step 6: Click on Submit.
However, you need to note that if you are an existing SBI Card customer, then you will continue receiving SMS and phone calls pertaining to your SBI Card account transactions, statement and other important information. These do not fall under the ‘Do Not Disturb’ service as these are important card account information for your reference and knowledge, according to SBI Card.
Only the number that you have provided in ‘Do Not Disturb’ subscription form will be excluded from the marketing lists. It will take about 30-days for your ‘Do Not Disturb’ subscription to come into effect.
