Aadhaar-PAN Link Online: How to Link Aadhaar with PAN Card Online?

Here is your step-by-step guide to link your PAN-Aadhaar online

Step 1: Visit the official Income Tax e-filing website - https://www.incometax.gov.in/

Step 2: On the left side of the homepage page, find the option of 'Quick Links'

Step 3: Click on the 'Link Aadhaar' option.

Step 4: Enter the details required - PAN card number, Aadhar number and name.

Step 5: An OTP will be sent to you, enter the OTP

Step 6: Your Aadhaar and PAN will be linked.

Earlier, the deadline to link permanent account numbers (PAN) with Aadhaar was set as March 31. It is mandatory for every citizen of the country to link their PAN with an Aadhaar card.
In case one fails to link PAN with an Aadhaar card by the new deadline, the 10-digit unique alphanumeric PAN number will become inoperative from July 1.
