EPFO News: EPF EPS Nomination: Follow these 8 steps to Do it Digitally

Nominations for Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS) can be submitted digitally. The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) allows accountholders to submit their EPS and EPF nominations digitally without having the need to do it physically.

This is what accountholders with this retirement fund body must to do it digitally.

Steps to submit EPS/EPF nomination digitally:

1. Visit EPFO website and go to ‘Services’ tab. Then Select ‘For Employees’ and click on ‘Member UAN/Online Service’.
2. Login with your Universal Account Number (UAN) and Password.
3. Select ‘E-nomination’ under ‘Manage Tab’.
4. ‘Provide Details’ tab will appear on the screen. Then click ‘Save’.
5. Click ‘Yes’ to save family declaration.
6. Click ‘Add Family Details’. More than one nominee can be added.
7. Click ‘Nomination Details’ to declare total amount of share. Click ‘Save EPF Nomination’.
8. Click ‘E-sign’ to generate OTP. Submit ‘OTP’ sent on mobile number linked with Aadhaar.
