7th Pay commission pay scale

After successful completion of the recruitment process, the applicant will be appointed in Level-8 of the 7th CPC pay scale. Means, the successful candidate will be given a monthly pay scale ranging from Rs 47,600 to Rs 1,51,100 plus Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel allowance (TA) and other monthly allowances as applicable under the 7th Pay commission.

Nature of the sarkari job offer is permanent in nature and after successful completion of recruitment process, the applicant will be appointed as Group 'B' Gazetted officer at the Central Government.

Essential Qualification(s)

An applicant applying for the above mentioned 7th CPC sarkari naukri should have Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Physics / Applied Physics / Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry / Electronics or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from recognized University or Institute in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/Metallurgical/Mechanical/Aeronautical/Chemical.

The applicant  should note that qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the UPSC for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of the candidates otherwise well qualified.

On experience front, two years experience in production, development or Quality Assurance in the field of Armaments/ Electronics/ Aeronautical/ Under-water applications from organisations in Central/ State Government/ Union Territory administration or autonomous or statutory organisation/Public Sector Undertakings/ University/Recognised Research Institution or private organisation listed in the Stock Exchanges of India.

Age Limit

A General category candidate should not have crossed 30 years of age on a normal closing date. For OBC candidates, 3 year age relaxation is given means the upper age limit for an OBC candidate is 33 years while for SC and ST candidate, the upper age limit is 35 years on the normal closing date.
