7th Pay Commission Latest News Today 2021: Union Minister for State (Independent) Dr. Jitendra Singh made a big announcement on January 18th, which has a direct relation with the central government employees. The announcement made by Dr Singh was in regard to the central government's readiness for the promotion process that will have a direct impact on the 52 lakh employees taking advantage of the 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission).

While meeting a delegation of Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), Dr Jitendra Singh said that the Narendra Modi Government has been rewarding honest and hard-working central governments through promotion. He said that it was necessary to create a conducive and positive work environment at the government institution and get 100 per cent from the government servants. He said that 'Mission Karmayogi Sudhar' is a glaring example of this promotion strategy being adopted by the central government.

Earlier, on various platforms, Dr. Jitendra Singh has maintained that the center has been in the process to make the central government employees' promotion process more smooth, lucid and transparent. But, Singh said, due to the complaints being lodged by various employees and their groups, the central government is finding it difficult to achieve this aim in regard to the central government's promotion.

Center has been trying to reach out to various employees' groups and platforms to find out a proper solution in regard to achieving the simplification of the promotion process.
