Quant Small Cap Fund, Direct Plan (47.73 per cent in 3 years)

The small fund has given a 42.07 per cent return in one year, 21.63 per cent in two years and 47.73 per cent in three years on an annualised basis.

The total fund size of Quant Small Cap Fund is Rs 8,075.14 crore and the NAV size of as September 29 is Rs 195.97.

The direct plan has an expense ratio of 0.77 per cent while the minimum SIP amount to invest in the fund is Rs 1,000.   

If one had invested Rs 36,000 in the fund three years ago, the latest value of their corpus at present would have been Rs 60,581.3.  

Quant Small Cap Fund, Regular Plan (45.46 per cent in 3 years)

This has also emerged as one of the biggest gainers in the mutual fund market with a return of 40.34 per cent in one year, 19.88 per cent in two years, and 45.46 per cent in three years on an annualised basis.

With that high growth, it would have covered Rs 36,000 invested three years back into Rs 59,005.60 in the current market value.

The plan has a total fund size of Rs 8,075 crore while its NAV size as of September 29 is Rs 183.47.

The fund's expense ratio is 1.78 per cent against the category ratio of 1.81 per cent.

The fund has 89.01 per cent of its investment in domestic equities, while the top stocks in its portfolio are Reliance Industries Limited, HDFC Bank Ltd, and Jio Financial Services.

Nippon India Small Cap Fund, Direct Plan (44.17 per cent in 3 years) 

The Asset Under Management (AUM) under the mid-cap mutual fund is Rs 36,539.55 crore.

The small cap direct plan has given a return of 38.98 per cent in one year, 24.48 per cent in two years, and 44.17 per cent in three years on an annualised basis.

The net asset value (NAV) for the fund is Rs 135.52. The minimum SIP for the month is Rs 100, while the expense ratio for the plan is 0.72 per cent.

The fund has 97.73 per cent of its investments in domestic equities.

Some of the top stock holdings in its portfolio are Tube Investments of India Limited, HDFC Bank, Apar Industries Ltd. and KPIT Technologies Ltd. 

To put the fund's returns in current perspective, an investment of Rs 36,000 three years back would have given one Rs 60,101.68 in current times. 

Nippon India Small Cap Fund (42.91% in 3 years)

The fund's AUM is worth Rs 36,539.55 crore, and it has given a return of 37.78 per cent in one year, 23.37 per cent in two years, and 42.91 per cent in three years on an annualised basis.

Had one invested Rs 36,000 in the mutual fund three years back, they would have got Rs 59,173 in today's value.

The regular plan's NAV size as of September 29 is Rs 122.64, while it has an expense ratio of 1.55 per cent against 1.81 per cent of the category average.

The minimum investment in its SIP is Rs 100, while the top stocks in the portfolio of the fund are Tube Investment of India Ltd., HDFC Bank Ltd., and Apar Industries Ltd. 

HDFC Small Cap Fund - Direct Plan (41.52 per cent in 3 years)

Since its inception in January 2013, the fund has given an absolute return of 634.59 per cent.

The Rs 22,560.06 crore fund has given a return of 41.80 per cent in one year, 20.90 per cent in two years, and 41.52 per cent in three years on an annualised basis.

The NAV size as of September 29 is Rs 117.42, and the expense ratio for the fund is 0.75 per cent against the category average of 0.70 per cent.

The fund has 93.61 per cent of its investment in domestic equities, while the top stocks in its portfolio are Sonata Software Ltd, Bank of Baroda, and Firstsource Solutions Limited.
