Visit the official website of the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) at https://www.epfindia.gov.in/
 
Step 2: Login to Your Account
If you're an employee, log in using your Universal Account Number (UAN) and password. Employers can log in using their Employer's Provident Fund (EPF) login credentials.
 
Step 3: Navigate to Online Services
Once logged in, navigate to the 'Online Services' section on the EPFO portal.
 
Step 4: Select the Joint Declaration Form (JDF)
