Step 1: Visit the EPF Website

Visiting the EPFO UAN Member Portal, the official website for managing your UAN-related tasks, i.e - unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in.

Step 2: Choose Forgot Password

Once you're on the portal, navigate to the 'Forgot Password' option.

Step 3: Enter UAN and Captcha

Now, provide your UAN and the captcha code displayed on the screen. This ensures security and helps prevent automated attempts to access your account.

Step 4: Verify OTP

After entering your UAN and captcha, you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP on the portal to verify your identity.
