Dr. H.P. Kumar has been the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of “The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.”, a Public Sector Corporation of the Government of India for a period of 9 years and has rich experience in the promotion and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) throughout the country. Besides having been head of Finance & C.E.O. of large Public Sector Corporations, Dr. Kumar also held foreign assignments with African Countries. He has been a member of “The National Small Business Advisory Council of South Africa” and a visiting faculty for Damelin School of Banking, South Africa and Botswana Institute of Bankers.
