Glenmark Life Sciences
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has approved change in the company's name to Alivus Life Sciences.
Va Tech Wabag
The company said the tender for Saudi Arabia Sea Water desalination plant won by the company remains cancelled.
Sun TV Network
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved the merger of South Asia FM, JVs and associate companies.
Aditya Birla Real Estate
The company unit acquired land parcel in Boisar for a total financial consideration of Rs 104 crore.
IPO listing
All three mainboard IPOs that opened last week will list tomorrow. Vishal Mega Mart which was completely an OFS saw total subscripiton of28.8 times.
Mobikwik on the other hand offering fresh issue of shares worth 572 crore was over subscribed 125.7 times.
Sai Life Sciences with a total issue size of Rs 3,043 crore comprised a fresh issue of Rs 950 crore and was subscribed 10.3 times.
