Share Market News July 4: At around 8:06 am, GIFT Nifty futures traded higher by 0.45 per cent or 109.6 points at 24,460, indicating a positive opening on the D-Street.Domestic equity benchmarks Nifty50 and Sensex closed at record levels amid broad-based gains on Wednesday in a rally led by financial, FMCG and metal shares. Both headline indices rose 0.7 per cent for the day, with the Sensex gaining 545.4 points to end at 79,986.8 while the Nifty50 settled at 24,286.5, up 162.7 points for the day.
