400% return in 2 years: Multibagger PSU announces interim dividend - Check amount and other details

The counter opened gap up at Rs 494 and surged further to touch the high of Rs 501.65. This is a gain of 5.29 per cent from the previous close of Rs 474.10 on the BSE.

The surge in share price also comes after the PSU posted over 20 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 7,182.06 crore in the June 2024 quarter compared to a year ago.

PFC dividend 2024: Along with the financial results, the company's board also declared an interim dividend at the rate of 32.50 per cent or Rs 3.25 per equity share on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each for FY25.

PFC dividend 2024: "Declaration of interim dividend @32.50 % Rs. 3.25/- (Rupees Three and twenty-five paisa only) per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of 10/- each for the FY 2024-25," the company said in an exchange filing.

The company has also fixed August 30, 2024 as the 'record date' for ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the interim dividend.

According to the exchange filing, the dividend amount will be paid on or before September 5, 2024.

The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 5,982.14 crore in the quarter ended on June 30, 2023, a regulatory filing showed.
