Share Market News, Nifty 50/Sensex/BSE 500 Stocks to Track: Domestic equity benchmarks Nifty 50 and Sensex extended gains to a fourth back-to-back session on Wednesday, driven by buying in financial and IT shares though selling in energy and auto shares limited the upside. The Nifty 50 rose 10.3 points to end at 24,467.5 while the Sensex settled 110.6 points, or 0.1 per cent, higher for the day at 80,956.3. Investors now await the outcome of a three-day, bi-monthly meeting of the RBI's Monetary Policy Committee due on Friday, December 6. 

As the focus shifts to the next trading session on Dalal Street, here are a few stocks worth tracking on Thursday, December 5.

Indus Towers in focus; here's a Vodafone connection

British telecom firm Vodafone will sell 3 per cent stake in Indus Towers to clear its $101 million (about Rs 856 crore) debt and use the residual amount to pay outstanding dues of its Indian venture Vodafone Idea. The transaction is valued at around Rs 2,841 crore, as per Indus Towers shares' closing price on Wednesday.
