Share Market News, Nifty 50/Sensex/BSE 500 Stocks to Track: Domestic equity benchmarks Nifty 50 and Sensex finished a volatile session with minor losses on Tuesday as selling pressure in auto and healthcare stocks offset buying interest in spaces like IT and FMCG. Both headline indices closed 0.1 per cent lower after moving into negative territory for much of the day following positive moves in the first hour of trade. The Sensex lost 105.8 points to end at 80,004.1 while the Nifty50 shed 27.4 points to settle at 24,194.5.

Happiest Minds, Natco Pharma among stocks set to trade ex-dividend
A number of stocks are scheduled to trade ex-dividend on Wednesday.
These are: Happiest Minds, Ingersoll Rand (India), Natco Pharma, IPCA Labs, Khazanchi Jewellers, Multibase India, Padam Cotton Yarns, Pearl Global Industries, Scanpoint Geomatics, SIEL Financial Services, and Bhatia Communications & Retail.

Wipro extends partnership with Italian firm
Wipro has announced a four-year extension of its partnership with Italian automotive solutions provider Marelli to focus on Cloud transformation. Wipro FullStride Cloud will transition Marelli's Milan Data Centre and local server rooms to the cloud, thus centralising its operations to create a more agile and stable environment, according to a statement.
Vedanta Resources raises $800 million
UK-based Vedanta Resources, the parent of Vedanta Ltd, has raised $800 million from global investors through a new bond issue. The parent plans to use the proceeds to prepay its outstanding debt due in 2028.
Vedanta Ltd aims to invest $2 billion in significant copper projects in Saudi Arabia. Vedanta Copper International, a wholly-owned arm of Vedanta Ltd, has signed a pact with the Ministry of Investment and Ministry of Industries & Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to set up a 400 kilotonnes per annum (KTPA) greenfield copper smelter and refinery, and a 300 kilotonnes per annum (KTPA) copper rod project.
All eyes on NTPC
NTPC Green Energy, a subsidiary of state-owned NTPC, has said that its arm has set up a 50:50 joint venture with Maharashtra State Power Generation Company. The two parties have launched Mahagenco NTPC Green Energy Pvt Ltd (MNGEPL), which will develop, operate and maintain renewable energy parks in Maharashtra, according to a statement.
