Domestic equity benchmarks ended with minor cut in Tuesday’s session after logging fresh highs in intra-day trade amid selling pressure in banking, FMCG and auto stocks. The BSE Sensex lost 34.7 points to settle at 79,441.5, while the Nifty50 ended at 24,123.9, down 18.1 points for the day.
