Indian equities dragged by bluechip stocks ended lower on the second day today.

Indian equities towards the close pared most of the day's losses and ended lower for the second consecutive session. Nifty at the close ended lower by 0.27 per cent at 24,413.5 points, while the Bank Nifty tumbled and closed nearly 1 per cent as Budget failed to deliver any positive reforms for the space.
