Indian equity benchmarks ended Tuesday's session  (July 15, 2024) at fresh closing highs led by gains in FMCG and Realty stocks. The Nifty index closed above 24,600 for the first time at 24,613, adding 26.3 points or 0.11 per cent, while the BSE Sensex rose marginally by 0.06 per cent or 51.69 points at 80,716.55. Meanwhile, the Nifty Midcap 100 index ended flat with a negative bias.
