BEML Dividend 2024: The board of directors of the company has announced the final dividend and the ex-date for this corporate action is just a few days away.

BEML Dividend 2024: The company has a final dividend of Rs 15.5 or 155 per cent per equity share having a face value of Rs 10.

BEML Dividend 2024: The company has fixed September 13 as the record date.

BEML Dividend 2024: “Cut-off date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for remote e-voting/ e-voting at AGM and for payment of Dividend... Friday, 13th September, 2024,” BEML said in a regulatory filing.

BEML Dividend 2024: Earlier, the company paid a dividend of Rs 5 per equity share to it shareholders. In February, the company paid an interim dividend of Rs 5.

BEML Dividend 2024: The stock opened at Rs 3844.25 today and gained around 3.80 per cent to touch the intra-day high of Rs 3,998.

The counter had closed at Rs 3851.80 on the BSE in the last trading session.
