Tilaknagar Industries shares hit a 52-week high on the back of strong Q2 results; rise over 105% in 2023
Tilaknagar Industries reported 2.6 times jump in its consolidated profit after tax in the September quarter. Its PAT rose to Rs 37 crore in Q2 from Rs 14 crore in the same period last year.
Tilaknagar Industries Share Price: Shares of Tilaknagar Industries hit a 52-week high of Rs 240.15 each in morning deals on BSE on Friday (November 3) after the country's biggest premium brandy manufacturer reported strong September quarter numbers on Thursday.
The shares were skyrocketing by 10.93 per cent, or Rs 23.35, at Rs 237.00 each on BSE at 11:53 am on Friday.
The shares of the brandy manufacturer have been in high spirit for some time as they have risen 78.42 per cent in the six-month period.
While their year-to-date rise is 105.39 per cent, they have gone up by 146.38 per cent in the last one year.
The stock has outperformed the benchmark Nifty 50 by a great deal. Nifty has risen 6.37 per cent in the last six months. While it has jumped 5.74 per cent YTD, its rise in the last one year has been 6.59 per cent.

Tilaknagar Industries Q2 Results
The company reported a 2.6 times jump in its consolidated profit after tax in the September quarter.
Its PAT rose to Rs 37 crore in Q2 from Rs 14 crore in the same period last year.
There was a jump of 29 per cent to Rs 354 crore in revenue from operations Year-on-Year.
While EBIDTA also soared by 51 per cent to Rs 47 crore in the second quarter against Rs 31 crore in the same quarter last year, the company's margin in the second quarter was also up by 13.4 per cent against 11.4 per cent in the corresponding period last year.
