TCS Dividend 2024, TCS Dividend 2024 Record Date: IT bellwether Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced an interim dividend for its employees. The company made this announcement while announcing the first quarter results of the financial year 2025.

TCS Dividend 2024: Amount

TCS, India's largest IT firm, has announced an interim dividend of Rs 10 or 1000 per cent per equity share with a face value of Re 1 each. 

"We would like to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today, the Directors have declared an interim dividend of Rs 10 per Equity Share of Rs 1 each of the Company," the company said in an exchange filing. 

TCS Dividend 2024: Record Date

The company said that it has fixed July 20 as the record date to identify the eligibility of shareholders for this corporate action.

TCS Dividend 2024: Payment Date

TCS said that eligible shareholders will be paid the interim dividend on August 5, 2024.  

"The interim dividend shall be paid on Monday, August 5, 2024, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as of Saturday, July 20, 2024, which is the Record Date, fixed for the purpose," the company said in an exchange filing.

Earlier, the company announced a final dividend of Rs 28.

Meanwhile, TCS has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 12,040 crore for the April-June period, in line with analysts' expectations.
