Tata Motors Dividend 2024: The company registered growth of 13.3 per cent in revenue to Rs 1,19,986 crore for the March quarter, according to a regulatory filing.
The board of directors of domestic automobile major Tata Motors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 6 or 300 per cent per ordinary share of face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The company has also announced a dividend of Rs 6.20 per ‘A’ ordinary share of Rs 2 each.
"We would like to inform that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today has recommended the declaration of final dividend of ₹6.00 per Ordinary Share of ₹2 each (@ 300%) (₹3.00 normal dividend and ₹3.00 special dividend) and ₹ 6.20 per ‘A’ Ordinary Share of ₹2 each (@ 310%) (₹3.10 normal dividend and ₹3.10 special dividend) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024," the company said in an exchange filing.

According to the company, the dividend, if declared, will be paid before June 28, 2024.
"The dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before June 28, 2024," the filing reads.

Meanwhile, Tata Motors has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 17,407.2 crore for the January-March period, beating analysts' expectations by a wide margin. The net profit was up 3.2 times on a year-on-year basis.
