Tata Metaliks Dividend 2023: Tata Metaliks Limited NSE: TATAMETALI has announced a dividend of Rs 5 per equity share for the financial year of March 31, 2023.

The Rs 5 dividend per equity share is on the face value of Rs 10 and is subject to the board's approval.

"The Dividend recommended by the Board of the Company is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and will be paid as per applicable guidelines," the company said in a filing.

Tata Metaliks Dividend 2023: Record and payment date

Tata Metaliks has not shared any details about the record and payment date as of now. The company is expected to share more information on this once it gets approval. 

A subsidiary of Tata Steel, Tata Metaliks produces pig iron and ductile iron pipes. Its annual hot metal production capacity is 5 lakh tonnes, out of which 2 lakh tonnes is converted into DI pipes and 3 lakh tonnes into pig iron.

Earlier, Tata Metaliks had reported a sharp fall of 73 per cent in its December quarter net profit at Rs 9.48 crore, on account of increased expenses. The company had posted a Rs 35.65 crore net profit in the year-ago period, according to a statement. 

Its total income rose to Rs 792.43 crore from Rs 693.12 crore during the October-December period of the previous year.

Total expenses increased to Rs 780.18 crore as against Rs 642.83 crore a year ago
