Tata Consumer Products dividend, Tata group 775% dividend stock: Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL) has intimated the exchanges of record date for payment dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2023-24 and payment date. Earlier, the Tata Group-FMCG firm announced a final dividend of 7.75 per equity share of the face value of Re 1 for its shareholder along with its March quarter results. The dividend is subject to approval at the 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 13.

Tata Consumer Products has fixed Friday, May 24, 2024, as the record date for determining entitlement of members to receive the dividend if declared at the 61st AGM.

According to Tata Consumer Products's regulatory, the payment of such dividend shall be subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable and will be made on and from Monday, June 17, 2024.

Tata Consumer Products Q4 results: How did the firm fare in Q4?

Tata Consumer Products posted a 26.69 per cent decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 212.26 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024, impacted by exceptional items related to costs of amalgamation, acquisitions, asset write-downs and fair value loss on financial instruments. 

Consolidated revenue from operations in the quarter under review stood at Rs 3,926.94 crore as against Rs 3,618.73 crore.
