Tata Elxsi dividend 2023: Board announces final dividend of Rs 60.60 per share - check payment date

Tata Elxsi dividend: Tata Elxsi said that its board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 60.60 per equity share to the shareholders on Thursday. The payout translates to 606%  per cent against the face value of Re 10 per equity share.

"Further, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 606% at Rs. 60.60 per share for the financial year 2022-23, subject to tax, which shall be paid/dispatched on or after the seventh day from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.," Tata Elxsi said in an exchange filing.

Tata Elxsi dividend: Payment Date

As per the exchange filing, Tata Elxsi plans to pay the final dividend on or after 7 days from conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting on May 18, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
