June 26 has also been fixed as the record date for the final dividend. Tata Communications shares opened at Rs 1,547.5, down from Friday's session's close of 1,560.85 on NSE after dividend adjustments. At the time of writing the copy, the stock traded was trading near the day's high of Rs 1,556.7 at Rs 1,555, up by Rs 15.15 or 0.98 per cent on NSE.

The Tata Group company recommended a final dividend of Rs 21 per share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The final dividend upon approval of the shareholders, shall be paid to eligible shareholders after conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) as per the company's communique.
