AU Small Finance Bank: The company's board has approved the fundraising plan. The company's board has agreed to raise an amount not exceeding Rs. 5,000 crore through private placement or qualified institutions' placement (QIP) or preferential allotment or through a combination thereof or any other alternative mode. 

ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities: ICICI Bank informed exchanges on June 29 that its board has approved the delisting of the equity shares of its arm, ICICI Securities, from the bourses. Under the scheme, public shareholders of ICICI Securities would be allotted 67 equity shares of ICICI Bank for every 100 equity shares of ICICI Securities ("Share Exchange Ratio"), the regulatory filing added.

Tata Communications: The company announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kaleyra, Inc. (NYSE: KLR) to empower global enterprises to offer personalised experiences to their customers. Kaleyra is a global omnichannel integrated communication services provider with a set of proprietary platforms, offering targeted personalisation through messaging, video, push notifications, e-mail and voice-based services, and chatbots.

CreditAccess Grameen: The company's promoter CreditAccess India BV is expected to sell a 5.8 per cent stake in the company via a block deal. The base price of the block deal has been set at Rs 1,230 apiece.

BPCL: State-owned Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) on Wednesday said it will raise up to Rs 18,000 crore through an issue of equity shares on a rights basis to fund its net zero carbon emission projects.

TCS: The IT services giant said it has banned around six employees and six business associate (BA) firms or staffing firms in relation to the recruitment bribe case.

Zydus Life: The company has received tentative approval from the USFDA for Palbociclib Tablets, 75 mg, 100 mg, and 125 mg.
