Suprajit Engineering dividend: The board has recommended paying a whopping 105 per cent dividend per equity share having Re 1 face value each to its shareholders.
Suprajit Engineering Dividend Record Date 2023: Suprajit Engineering Ltd, the third largest light duty control cable manufacturer in the world and the largest automotive halogen bulb manufacturer in the country, has announced to pay dividends to its shareholders.
According to an exchange filing, the board has recommended paying a whopping 105 per cent dividend per equity share having Re 1 face value each to its shareholders. This translates into Rs 1.05 dividend per equity share.
For example, if an investor has 100 shares of Suprajit Engineering in his Demat account on the record date, the company will pay him Rs 105 dividend (Re 1.05 x 100 shares).
Suprajit Engineering Dividend 2023 Record Date
The company has fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of dividends. The record date is February 23, according to the filing.
The dividend will be credited directly to the bank account of the shareholders.
Suprajit Engineering Q3 results
The total income of the company for the third quarter fell by more than 5 per cent to Rs 697.2 crore YoY. The total income in the September quarter stood at Rs 737.8 crore.
Shares of Suprajit Engineering quoted Rs 328, down by 1.50 per cent, around 3 PM. The scrip has yielded a negative return of 7 per cent in the past one year.
