Sundaram-Clayton dividend, Dividend stock: Auto parts maker Sundaram-Clayton Ltd (SCL) on Tuesday, March 26, announced an interim dividend of Rs 5.15 per equity share for the current financial year.
The company's board approved the payout of 2,02,32,104 equity shares of the face value of Rs 5 apiece amounting to Rs 10.4 crore.

Sundaram-Clayton has announced April 4 as the record date for the dividend.
"The interim dividend declared will be paid to those shareholders, who hold shares in physical form and/or in electronic form and whose names appear in the Register of Members and / or Depositories respectively, as at the close of working hours on 4 th April 2024, being the Record Date fixed by the Company for this purpose," according to a regulatory filing.

The dividend payment will be made within 30 days from the declaration of the interim dividend, according to the filing.
