Sun Pharma dividend: Drug major announces 400% payout

Sun Pharma dividend: Sun Pharmaceutical announced a final dividend of Rs 4 per equity share — a 400 per cent payout given the face value of Re 1 per share to its shareholders.

"Recommended Final Dividend for financial year 2022-23 Final dividend of Rs. 4.00/- (Rupees Four only) per equity share of Re. l/- (Rupee One only) each of the Company is recommended subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting and which shall be paid within the timelines as required under the Companies Act, 2013," the drug major's filing said.
