Sula Vineyards slips over 2% after winery trades ex date today
In its December quarter results, Sula Vineyards had declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.00.
Sula Vineyards Share Price: Sula Vineyards traded down on BSE on Wednesday (February 21, 2024) after the stock traded ex date today.
The stock of Sula Vineyards was trading lower by 2.20 per cent, or Rs 12.70, at Rs 565.45 at 9:41 am on Wednesday.
In its December quarter, Sula Vineyards had declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.00.
Earlier, reports said that Verlinvest Asia sold its entire stake in one of India's leading wineries.
However, Sula Vineyards said that it was unaware of Verlinvest Asia's decison. In a statement to bourses on Monday, the company said, "In this regard we have to submit that we were not aware of the decision of Verlinvest Asia to sell its entire 8.34% stake in our Company. They have not discussed this issue with the company which we understand is purely their investment decision. Hence the Company did not make any disclosure to the Exchange under Regulation 30 of the Listing regulations."
