Stocks to watch on Monday, February 19: Dalal Street is all set for a mildly positive start on Monday, February 19. GIFT Nifty futures, an early indicator of the benchmark Nifty50 index, were up 55.7 points, or 0.3 per cent, at 22,153.5 at the last count.

On Friday, domestic equity benchmarks Nifty50 and Sensex marched higher for the fourth straight session, with the 50-scrip gauge closing above the 22,000 level led by L&T, Infosys, and M&M, amid a firm trend in the global markets. The 30-share index gained 376.3 points, or 0.5 per cent, to settle at 72,426.6 while the Nifty added 130 points, or 0.6 per cent, to end at 22,040.7 points.

Here are some stocks that will be in the spotlight on Monday, February 19:

Results on February 19: CIE Automotive India will announce its December quarter numbers. 

IRCTC: A PPP-modelled plant for IRCTC's Rail Neer packaged drinking water at Vishakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) has commenced commercial production. The production capacity of this state-of-the-art plant is 72,000 litres per day, where water is processed, purified, and bottled.

Bajaj Auto: The company fixed February 29, 2024, as the record date for a share buyback worth Rs 4,000 crore. 

ITI Ltd: The company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with JandK Operations Pvt Ltd for manufacturing and providing BharOS-enabled digital devices and services. 

Bodhi Tree Multimedia: The company fixed February 29, 2024, as the record date for the distribution of an interim dividend. The board also reconsidered the stock split ratio and recommended the sub-division of a face value of Rs 10 each to a face value of Re 1 each.

Tata Power: The company received a letter of intent (LOI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Ltd, to acquire Jalpura Khurja Power Transmission Ltd, a project special purpose vehicle (SPV). The project is estimated to be worth Rs 838 crore.

LIC: The state-run life insurance major has received refund orders worth Rs 25,464.46 crore. The corporation is pursuing a balance with the Income Tax Department. 

HDFC Bank: The bank's Investors Day is scheduled for today, wherein the company's senior managements meets with its major investors.

Paytm: The RBI has extended the restrictions on the Payments Bank entity to March 15 from February 29 earlier. Further, the company has shifted its nodal account from the Paytm Payments Bank to Axis Bank. Furthermore, the FAQs released that Paytm QR, Soundbox as well as card machine will continue to work like before even after the deadline of March 15.

Jana Small Finance Bank: Amansa Holding has bought 6.1 per cent stake, with this the free float in the company remains at 9.9 per cent.

Sula Vineyard: A block deal in the brewery firm is expected wherein foreign investment firm Verlinvest Asia will divest an 8.34 per cent stake. This block deal will take at a price of Rs 570 per share.

Quess Corp: The business services company has demerged its company into 3 independent entities. In the new entity, each shareholder will be eligible for 1 share each.
 
Novartis: The company's promoter will be selling its stake in the company. Further, as per reports, Dr Reddy's may buy stake in Novartis AG. 
 
Titagarh Rail: The company has received an order worth Rs 170 crore from the defence ministry. 

CRISIL: The company posted good Q3 with profit soaring 32.9 per cent on year. The profit margin at the company also inched higher to 29.3 per cent.

Schaeffler India: The company reported weak results, with profit declining 9.1 per cent on year, while margins also tumbled to 17.2 per cent.
