Wipro: The IT services firm on May 24 announced a partnership between its Engineering Edge business line and Spartan Radar, an
automated mobility sensor software provider, to build advanced vehicle solutions. In conjunction with this agreement, Wipro Ventures, Wipro’s corporate investment arm, announced that it has invested in Spartan Radar’s Series B funding round.

Hawkins Cookers: The company on May 24 declared a dividend of Rs 100 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 for fiscal 2022-23. Apart from this, the company also announced its March quarter numbers for the fiscal 2022-23.

Piramal Pharma on May 24 announced its consolidated results for the fourth quarter (Q4) and full year FY23 ended 31st March 2023. Its PAT slipped 75 per cent YoY to Rs 50 crore during the March quarter while revenue from operation grew 2 per cent YoY.

JB Chemicals: The company reported a 3.3 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit at Rs 87.6 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2023. It has also declared a dividend of Rs 9.25 per share.

Oil India: Oil India on Wednesday reported a standalone net profit of Rs 1,788.3 crore for the quarter ended March 2023, marking an increase of 9.7 per cent compared with the corresponding period a year ago. According to a regulatory filing, its revenue expanded 26.1 per cent on a year-on-year basis to Rs 5,649.7 crore.  

LIC: Insurance behemoth LIC on Wednesday posted a more than five-fold jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 13,191 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2023. The insurer had earned a profit of Rs 2,409 crore in the same quarter a year earlier. However, the total income of the insurer during the March quarter declined to Rs 2,01,022 crore from Rs 2,15,487 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal, LIC said in a regulatory filing.

Nykaa: Cosmetics-to-fashion retailer Nykaa's parent company, FSN E-commerce on Wednesday reported a net profit of Rs 2.4 crore for the quarter ended March 2023 — a fall of 71.8 per cent compared with the corresponding period a year ago. According to a regulatory filing, the revenue grew 33.7 per cent on a year-on-year basis to Rs 1,301.7 crore.

Vodafone Idea: The telecom company is slated to announce its Q4 numbers today.

Nalco: The state-owned National Aluminum Company Ltd (Nalco) on Wednesday reported a 51.7 per cent year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit at Rs 495 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. The total revenue stood at Rs 3,670.9 crore during the period under review, down 15.6 per cent against Rs 4,350.6 crore registered in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. 

Gujarat Gas reported a 16 per cent fall in net profit in Q4FY23 to Rs 369 crore, compared to Rs 444 crore logged in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal. Revenue from operations came in at Rs 4,073.82 crore, registering a decline of 14 per cent, compared to Rs 4,773.37 crore seen in the year-ago period.
