Stocks to watch on Tuesday, February 20: At around 8:46 am, Gift Nifty traded negative 0.46 per cent lower at 22,139, indicating a weak opening for the market. The stock market closed higher for the fifth consecutive day on Monday with the benchmark Sensex rising 281 points and Nifty scaling its fresh lifetime high, driven by gains in financial and FMCG shares. The 30-share BSE Sensex rose by 281.52 points, or 0.39 per cent, to close at 72,708.16. As many as 17 Sensex shares advanced, while 13 closed in the red.
The broader Nifty closed at its all-time high of 22,122.25 points, up by 81.55 points, or 0.37 per cent from the last close.

Results on February 20: ABB India will announce its October to December quarter numbers.
Tasty Bite Eatable: The company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) resigned from his post.
NBCC (India): The order received multiple orders around worth Rs 369.05 crore.
Birla Precision Technologies: The company's board approved raising funds by issuing and allotting up to 7,16,500 equity shares on a preferential basis. Further, it also approved raising funds by issuing and allotting up to Rs 34,50,000 fully convertible warrants into equity shares.
The board also approved an Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.05. The record date is fixed at February 29.
63 Moons Technologies: The company's subsidiary, Ticker Limited, has raised Rs 3.24 crore through the private placement of 27 lakh equity shares at Rs 12 per share.
The shareholding of 63 Moons Technologies in Ticker Limited stands at 75.25 per cent.
Data Patterns (India): Foreign investor Florintree Capital Partners LLP sold 10.71 per cent equity in the company via the open market.
Astra Microwave Products: The company's subsidiary, 'Astra Space Technologies, was incorporated on February 17, 2024.
HDFC Bank: In the investors' meet, the bank said its earnings will be better going forward. Furthermore, the bank will be more focussed on EPS growth as against loan growth.
Whirlpool India: Promoter in the company Whirlpool Mauritius will sell stake worth Rs 3735 crore via a block deal in the company. Floor price for the deal is pegged at Rs 1230 per share.
Godrej Consumer Products:The company has inked an agreement to sell its entire stake in the subsidiary- Godrej East Africa Holdings, Mauritius. The move will enable margin expansion to the tune of 200 bps for its business in Africal, USA and the Middle East.
Deepak Fertilisers: The company has inked a pact to supply LNG to Equinor ASA, Norway.
NBCC: The company has bagged 3 orders estimated to be worth Rs 369 crore.
CIE Automotive: The company for Q3 posted a profit of Rs 169 crore versus loss of Rs 658 crore. Margins at the firm also inched higher to 14.6 percent.
Minda Corp: Bela Agarwal has sold its entire stake valued at Rs 1.08 crore at Rs 403 per share. Furthermore, many funds have bought in the deal including Motilal Oswal and Kotal Mutual Fund.
Sula Vineyard: In the brewery firm, investor Verlinvest Asis sold 8.34 per cent stake in the company
