Canara Bank, Wipro, Future Consumer, other stocks to watch out for on Tuesday
Stocks to watch: Future Consumer has received an intimation letter dated from RBL Bank, informing about taking symbolic possession of the assets being immovable property comprising of land and building situated at Veerasandra Village in the district of Bangalore admeasuring 44,116 square feet.
Stocks to watch: At 08:07 AM, GIFT Nifty traded 49.5 points, or 0.23 per cent higher at 21,140.5, indicating a positive start for domestic equities on December 12, Tuesday.
Domestic equity indices recorded fresh highs on Monday, December 11, with the 50-scrip barometer finishing the day within three points of the psychologically-important 21,000 mark. The Nifty 50 ended 27.7 points or 0.1 per cent stronger for the day at 20,997.1 while the Sensex settled at 69,928.53, up 102.9 points or 0.2 per cent--both record closing highs.
Both gauges also scaled all-time highs in intraday trade, with the 30-scrip index surpassing the 70,000 mark for the first time.
The high-beta Nifty Bank barometer finished the day 52.3 points or 0.1 per cent higher at a record 47,314.3.

Canara Bank:
The public sector bank informed that it has raised Rs 1,403 crore through bonds at a coupon rate of 8.4 per cent.
Future Consumer:
The company has received an intimation letter from RBL Bank, informing about taking symbolic possession of the assets being immovable property comprising of land and building situated at Veerasandra Village in the district of Bangalore measuring 44,116 square feet.
The move comes after the company and guarantor Kishore Biyani failed to repay the amount due to RBL Bank.
The aforesaid secured assets were mortgaged to RBL Bank by the subsidiary company viz. Appu Nutritions for securing the borrowings availed by the company.

The company announced a strategic partnership with Prophix for IRIS CARBON. Prophix will now offer IRIS CARBON SaaS solution to the office of the CFO across its clientele primarily in North America and Europe.
Asahi Songwong Colors:
The company’s subsidiary, Atlas Life Sciences (India) Private Limited commenced the commercial production of active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) on December 9, 2023.
Jtekt India:
The company received an order from JTEKT Brasil Ltda for the supply of loose child parts. The order is worth Rs 182.7 crore.
ICICI Lombard/ Star Health Insurance
As per sources, ICICI Lombard and Star Health are set to benefit as the centre in the upcoming budget may increase the insurance cover under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) to Rs 10-15 lakh from the current Rs 5 lakh limit.
BCL Industries / Gulshan Poly
Sources reveral that corn will get a boost for ethanol production. The centre for the same will infuse an additional amount of Rs 300 crore to the NCCF and NAFED.
Infosys

The lender has launched a QIP with a floor price pegged at Rs 112.66 per share, which is at a discount of 10 per cent to the current market price. The company's board meeting is scheduled on December 14 to decide on the issue price.
Sterling & Wilson Solar
The renewable energy has also launched its QIP with its issue price pegged at Rs 365.02 per share.
