A stock split is a corporate action that alters the existing shares of a company. When a company announces to split its stock, the number of outstanding shares increases while the price of each share decreases. The face value of the stock also splits in the announced ratio.

Surya Roshni which produces fans, steel, lighting, LED, kitchen appliances and PVC pipes will trade ex-date tomorrow, October 6. The counter's face value will split in the ratio of 2:1, i.e., for each share held by the shareholder with a face value of Rs 10 per equity share will split into 2 shares with a face value of Rs 5 per equity share. October 6 has also been fixed as the record date. 

Focus Lighting and Fixtures stock split

Focus Lighting and Fixtures will turn ex-date tomorrow, October 6. The counter's face value will split from Rs 10 per share to Rs 2 per share, i.e., in the ratio of 5:1. October 6 has also been fixed as the record date.

Sigachi Industries stock split date

The stock of manufacturer of Microcrystalline Cellulose powder manufacturers company will turn ex-date on October 9. The Sigachi Industries face value will split from Rs 10 per share to Re 1 per share, i.e., in the ratio of 10:1. October 9 has also been fixed as the record date.

Themis Medicare Limited stock split

Themis Medicare will turn ex-date on October 10. The pharmaceutical company's face value will split from Rs 10 per share to Re 1 per share, i.e., in the ratio of 10:1. October 10 has also been fixed as the record date.
