Share Market News, Stocks to Track: Domestic equity benchmarks Sensex and Nifty50 took a breather from record highs on Friday, as weakness in financial stocks outweighed strength in IT and energy shares, The Sensex ended 264.3 points, or 0.3 per cent, lower at 85,571.9 and the Nifty50 lost 37.1 points, or 0.1 per cent, to settle at 26,179 after scaling all-time highs of 85,978.3 and 26,277.4 during the session, respectively. As the focus shifts to a new trading week, here is a list of stocks set to take centre stage on Dalal Street on September 30: 

IPCA Labs and Unichem Labs

Unichem Laboratories' board is scheduled to meet on Monday to consider a proposed integration and consolidation of the generics formulations business in the US market of Bayshore Pharmaceuticals LLC. 

The initiative is to consolidate all the Ipca group's US generics formulations business under one entity. 

Lupin

The FDA has issued three observations each about the drug maker's plant and finished product manufacturing unit in Madhya Pradesh's Pithampur. 

IndusInd Bank

Sumant Kathpalia has been reappointed as MD and CEO of IndusInd Bank subject to regulatory approvals.

IDFC First Bank

A proposed merger between IDFC Financial Holding Company and IDFC Ltd with IDFC Frist Bank will come into force on October 1. 

Tata Motors

The Tata group auto giant has organised a ceremony to lay the foundation stone of a new vehicle manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu.

Ola Electric Mobility

The company has commenced its '#HyperService' campaign  with an aim to double its service network to 1,000 centres by December.

NHPC

Reliance Power

The Reliance Group company's board is set to meet on October 3 to consider raising funds for its long-term resources. 

GAIL (India)

The PSU has extended the period for completing two pipeline projects by eight months.
