Indian equities gained strength in Wednesday's trade amid a potential win by the Republican candidate Donald Trump.in the2024 US Presidential elections. At the close, Sensex notched 900 points gains, while the Nifty ended near 24,500 levels.

Here are the stocks that remained in spotlight today:

Titan: Titan shares after a weak Q2 show settled over 1 per cent lower at Rs 3,813.55 per share. At the day's low, the stock hit levels of Rs 3,114 apiece.

Dr. Reddy's: The scrip after its Q2 earnings ended over 2 per cent higher at Rs 1,300.45 apiece. 

Hindustan Zinc: After the company's OFS opened for non-retail investor class, its stock settled over 8 per cent lower at Rs 514.85 apiece.

Apollo Hospitals: Ahead of the company's September quarter results, the Nifty 50 stock ended flat with a positive bias at Rs 6,974.7 per share.

M&M: The company's scrip ahead of its results tomorrow ended with mild gains at Rs 2,921. 

Persistent Systems: Amid a better positioning of Indian IT companies under the new President, IT stocks rose sharply, with Persistent Systems topping the list with gains of 6 per cent at Rs 5,738.05 per share.

Bharti Airtel: The company marked two expansions today, with the company's subsidiary Nxtra becoming the country's first  AI-powered data centre operator. Furthermore, the company also extended mobile connectivity to strategic military outposts along the Indo-China border. The stock settled higher by over 1 per cent at Rs 1,598.75 per share.
