RVNL share price today NSE, RVNL new order news: Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) shares zoomed nearly nine per cent on Thursday, June 6, after railway PSU received multiple orders worth more than Rs 500 crore. RVNL shares zoomed 8.6 per cent to the day's high of Rs 383.75 on NSE in morning deals. RVNL shares closed at Rs 370.3, up 4.81 on NSE.

RVNL bagged an acceptance letter for Eastern Railway Sitarampur Bypass railway project worth Rs 391 crore. The project is to be completed in 24 months, according to a statement. The project costs is Rs 391 crore. 

"It is hereby informed that Rail Vikas Nigam Limited has received Letter of Acceptance from Eastern Railway from Eastern Railway for “Construction of Sitarampur bye pass line under Asansol Division of Eastern Railway,” said RVNL's filing dated June 5. 

In addition, RVNL also emerged as the lowest bidder from Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited for “Implementation of SCADA and DMS/OMS works in Gurugram Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) in DHBVN (Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam).  

The project is to be completed in 30 months, according to a statement. The cost of work is Rs 124 crore, it added.
