RVNL share price today, Rail Vikas Nigam share price: Shares of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) on Monday, May 27 zoomed as much as 7.9 per cent to hit an all-time high of Rs 399.9 on NSE. The positive trend in railway PSU followed after RVNL emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) from Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (Nagpur Metro). The counter closed at Rs 378, up 2.02 per cent on NSE.

The company's filing dated May 24 said, "It is hereby informed that Rail Vikas Nigam Limited emerges as the Lowest Bidder (L1) from Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (Nagpur Metro) for “Construction of 6 Nos Elevated Metro Stations (Cantonment, Kamptee Police Station, Kamptee Municipal Council, Dragon Palace, Golf Club and Kanhan River Metro Station) between Ch. – 7576.78mm to Ch - 13457.76m in Reach 2B of NMRP Phase 2.”

RVNL Q4 Results: How did the PSU fare in March quarter?

The consolidated revenue of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited for the January-March quarter stood at Rs 6,714 crore with a jump of 17.4 per cent. The railway firm's EBITDA increased by 21.8 per cent to Rs 456 crore.

While its profit after tax (PAT) increased by 33.2 per cent to Rs 478.6 crore, margin jumped from 6.6 per cent to 6.8 per cent.

RVNL has declared a dividend of 21.10 per cent i.e. Rs 2.11 per share on the face value of Rs 10.
