The company has announced a dividend of Rs 2.50 per share with a face value of Rs 10. 

"The Board of Directors has declared the first interim dividend of Rs 2.5 per share amounting Rs 60 crore," the company said in an exchange filing.

"The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is August 8, 2024," the filing reads.

The counter opened in red as equity benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty declined in early trade on Thursday.
